Welcome to Wittaris Gourmet. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Wittaris platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Wittaris Gourmet provides a commission-free online ordering platform for restaurants. Our service includes a customizable digital menu, real-time order management dashboard, branded ordering links, and customer communication tools. We do not process payments on your behalf — all transactions occur directly between you and your customers.
3. Account Registration
To use Wittaris, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Payments
Wittaris operates on a monthly subscription model. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Wittaris, including menu items, images, descriptions, and branding. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it on your ordering page. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wittaris for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wittaris is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request an export of your data before termination takes effect.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Wittaris after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
